Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multitasking skills on multi-line phone systems
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive stay for all visitors

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
