Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multitasking skills on multi-line phone systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive stay for all visitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
