Customer Service Representative

LaPlante Electric Inc. of Scarborough, ME is currently hiring for an outgoing full-time Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with all their inquiries and ensure they have the best experience with us. This 100% in-office position works full-time, works a flexible schedule based upon clients' needs, and earns a competitive wage of $20 - $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Responsible for greeting all customers by phone and in person.
• Updating customers throughout the project process so they are always well informed.
• Assisting the owners in special customer service related projects.
• Providing coverage for service, project, and other client experience personnel.
• Managing client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Responding to social media inquiries.
• Keeping files updated and organized.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

• Willingness to help others and work in a team environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Eager to help customers with challenges
• Extremely organized with fantastic communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, normal business hours.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation

$20-$25/hour
