Job summary:
Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer enrollments and inquiries as well as overseeing the full cycle of a customer beginning with enrollment and ending with account collections. Some general accounting will be required. In addition a willingness to cross train in other departments is needed.
Job duties:
- Customer Inquiries/Phone and written
- Receive Customer Payments
- Mailings
- Maintain department spreadsheet & database
- Prepare management reports
Additional responsibilities:
- Assists with projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
