Shift:

🕑 Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM

No Experience Needed – We Will Train You!

Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to start a career in manufacturing? Join our team at Lapeer Plating & Plastics as a 3rd Shift Injection Molding Operator.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect parts for quality and defects

• Trim, clip, and pack finished parts

• Report defects or machine issues to supervisors or techs

• Keep your work area clean and organized (5S standards)

• Complete simple paperwork (part counts, scrap reports)

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 18 or older

• Good attention to detail

• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Basic math and reading skills

• Follows all safety rules and wears PPE
