No Experience Necessary – Comprehensive Training Provided!
As a 1st or 2nd Shift Plating Inspection and Packing Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and proper packaging of high-visibility, chrome-plated automotive components. You’ll be trained to perform detailed inspections and carefully pack finished parts to meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Inspection: Carefully examine chrome-plated and plastic automotive components for surface defects and quality standards.
- Loading or Unloading: Carefully rack and unrack plastic or plated parts of from or onto plating parts racks
- Packing: Accurately pack parts into boxes or containers to prepare for shipment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload components efficiently to support workflow.
- Lifting: Safely handle and lift packaging weighing up to 60 lbs.
Note: This position may also involve light trimming or clipping tasks depending on production needs.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 60 lbs. for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality, especially during the 60-day probationary period.
- Willingness to follow all safety practices and work procedures.
- Basic math skills to support packing and inventory tasks.
