The Role 

We’re hiring a Business Attorney with strong litigation experience. Bankruptcy law experience is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping businesses navigate legal challenges. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to the growth of a small but dynamic firm. 

Responsibilities: 

• Represent clients in business litigation matters including contract disputes, regulatory issues, and commercial claims 
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management 
• Draft and negotiate business agreements 
• Support clients in bankruptcy-related matters (if applicable) 
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to firm growth initiatives 
• Bring in clients by attending networking events and representing Lantz Law Group as a brand ambassador  

What We’re Looking For (Please apply even if you do not meet all the following) 

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Colorado 
• 3 years of experience in business litigation 
• Strong writing, negotiation, and client communication skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping a small firm grow 
• Proficiency in MS 365 
• Bankruptcy/Creditors Rights experience preferred but not required 
• Experience speaking German or any other language in a legal setting is a plus 
• Clio Manage and Grow experience a plus
