The ideal candidate has experience with implementing a quality planning approach including evaluating appropriate solutions & processes. The salary range listed is based on two years or more of completed studies. This range will vary based on the number of years of experience and work location.

Responsibilities
- Analyze product develop cycle processes and identify gaps to advanced quality requirements.
- Support various engineering organizations in the execution of the above plans providing relative engineering support where necessary and where appropriate.
- Coordinate with engineering groups to populate lessons from past programs and recommend product design and process improvements for future programs.
- Influence and leverage improvement and corrective action governance boards to recommend and implement prevention actions and/or corrective actions as necessary.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, physics or related discipline with completion of two years or more, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program.
- Experience with AI based data analysis and tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma, APQP/AS9145, ISO9001/QMS, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA
- Experience with Access, Visio, and any applicable business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated ability to assist teams in executing system projects in a dynamic environment
