As Lansweeper’s Paid Media Specialist, you will lead our global paid media strategy across every major channel, from search and programmatic to paid social and others. You will be the person who decides where we invest, how we measure it, and how we turn digital spend into predictable pipeline. This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and genuine impact.
What You Will Own
You will have full ownership of our paid media function. That includes strategy, execution, measurement, and budget. Here is what that looks like in practice:
What We Are Looking For
Experience and Skills
Lansweeper is the leader in AI Cyber Asset Intelligence. We give IT and Security teams a single, trusted, continuously updated view of every asset across their entire technology estate — hardware, software, cloud, OT, and IoT. Trusted by over 20,000 organizations worldwide — including Nestlé, Nvidia, and Fiskars — we help enterprises make faster decisions, reduce risk, and stay in control of environments that never stop changing.
The Team
You will join our Center of Excellence Marketing Team and report directly to the Global Growth Marketing Director. You will work closely with campaign owners, content, PLG, and product marketing to connect paid strategy to the full marketing ecosystem.
Ready to own it? Apply now or share this role with someone who should.
For US‑only Applicants: Diversity Statement – Equal Employment Opportunity
It is Lansweeper’s policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees. Lansweeper disapproves of, and will not tolerate, unlawful discrimination against any applicant or employee because of race, color, national origin or ancestry, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity, age, religion, disability, family care status, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal laws

- Work closely with content, product marketing, campaign, and PLG teams to produce high-impact creative and messaging
- Manage relationships with agencies, platform partners, and external vendors
- Provide regular strategic recommendations to marketing leadership on spend efficiency, performance trends, and pipeline impact

- Real career growth and a genuine learning culture
- Hybrid work model with minimum two days per week at a Lansweeper office
