We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our hotel maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
- General hotel repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
- Preventive maintenance and inspections
- Repairing furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Helping keep guest rooms and common areas in good condition
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Other duties as needed - Cleaning and Security
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Truck
- Basic knowledge of tools and repairs
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
