Local property management company seeking a dependable, skilled carpenter and / or general handyman for residential and commercial property maintenance, repairs and MAINLY renovation projects.
Flexible Schedule. Weekend work, or evenings if needed. This could be a good 2nd job for extra cash.
*General Carpentry and framing
*Drywall installation and repairs
*Interior / Exterior painting
* Flooring Install and repairs
*Trim / doors / windows / and finish work
*Property maintenance and punch list items
* Basic Plumbing and electrical repairs
* General repairs and remodeling tasks
Ability to work independently and efficiently - No body standing over you all day.
Must have transportation
Fully tooled a plus
Ability to travel within the State (Great Falls) a plus but not required.
Cash Pay if desired
Make your own hours
Immediate pay upon completion
Pay: $25.00 per hour
