Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations on an assigned 25 bed unit.

• Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and positive outcomes.

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.

• Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care.
