Lang Specialty Trailers is a growing and successful manufacturing facility known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our team and support our daily accounting operations.
Summary
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be extremely organized. This individual will have 3-4 years of professional finance/accounting experience and be knowledgeable in multiple facets that encompass a bookkeeping role with a willingness to learn, adapt and assist.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Process customer payments
- Account and process all invoices through QuickBooks
- Reconcile credit card payments
- Run reporting and cross check for accuracy
- Assist with filing, documentation and general accounting support as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- High proficiency in Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to work well independently and collaborate with a small team
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Onsite in Latrobe, PA.
Compensation is $23/hr and paid bi-weekly.
Paid time off is provided after 90 days. Medical, dental, vision and 401k available for enrollment after 90 days.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
