Lang Specialty Trailers is seeking a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and manage accounts nationwide. This fully remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the continental United States with a preference for candidates in high emergency relief areas or experience large construction growth. i.e. Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, etc.
This position will be responsible for developing new business and managing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to meet with potential and existing clients
- Conduct solution focused product demonstrations and customized sales presentations
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking and an established pipeline
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production and internal teams to ensure customer success
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B outside or field sales
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, closing and relationship building
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Experience within the sanitation, construction or disaster relief industries preferred
Base salary starting at $60k DOE, commission and bonuses.
