- 3D Rendering: Translate 2D concepts into realistic 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize their finished projects.
- Site Visits & Analysis: Conduct property site visits to take precise field measurements, document site conditions, and take photos for the design team.
- CRM Management: Keep client files, project notes, and pipeline statuses updated daily within our Aspire CRM system.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience or formal training in Vectorworks (2D/3D) is highly preferred. Experience with other CAD platforms (like AutoCAD or DynaScape) with a willingness to master Vectorworks will be considered.
- Estimating & CRM Experience: Experience using landscape-specific estimating systems—specifically Aspire—is a major plus, though we will train the right candidate who has strong data/math skills.
- Design Eye: A basic understanding of landscape construction methods, hardscape materials, and green industry standards.
- Reliable Transportation: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record, as you will be responsible for traveling to residential and commercial sites across the Twin Cities metro (primarily around Inver Grove Heights and the Lake Minnetonka/Deephaven area).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate smoothly between designers, project managers, and clients.
- This is primarily an in-office position split between our locations in Inver Grove Heights and Deephaven.
- Occasional outdoor field work for site assessments (must be comfortable walking terrain in varying weather conditions).
- Competitive salary based on experience ($50,000 - $65,000 typical for early-to-mid career in the Twin Cities metro)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays
- Mileage reimbursement for site visits
- Opportunities for professional development and advanced software training
