Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to enhance aesthetic appeal
- Conduct tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, or removal with safety and precision
- Coordinate construction projects like installing new landscape features or retaining walls while adhering to project specifications
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and scheduling necessary service
Skills
- Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles preferred but not required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients or project managers
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
- Must have a valid driver's license and a dependable way to and from work
