Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance for optimal plant health.
- Train team members on best practices in landscape construction and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of landscape design projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping tasks.
Skills
