We're hiring interns for our 2026 Landscape Internship Program! Join one of HeartLand's local brands this summer and explore what it's like to work in a growing, people-first commercial landscaping company.

Internship Project

You'll work with your supervisor to design and complete a real project that brings value to the business -- whether it's a process improvement, design, field solution, or proposal. Your ideas matter here.

Who Should Apply

• Students pursuing degrees in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Business, or related fields
• Self-starters who want more than a clipboard internship
• Teammates who love being outside, learning new skills, and making an impact
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $18--$20 per hour (based on market)
• College credit available
• Structured development and daily field mentorship
