We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enhancement Foreman to lead commercial landscaping enhancement projects. This role is responsible for supervising crew members, managing job sites, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Enhancement projects may include landscape renovations, seasonal color installations, hardscape improvements, plantings, and other property upgrades for commercial clients.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead a crew of 2–6 team members on enhancement projects
- Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs for each job
- Install plant material, trees, shrubs, sod, and seasonal color
- Oversee hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls, walkways, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, and supervisors
- Track labor hours, materials used, and job progress
- Train and mentor crew members
- 3 years of commercial landscaping experience (enhancement experience preferred)
- 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience
- Ability to read landscape blueprints and layout projects
- Knowledge of plant materials and proper installation techniques
- Experience with irrigation systems and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (chauffeur/CDL preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Stand, bend, kneel, and operate equipment for extended periods
