Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and efficiency-focused professional to join our growing Chicagoland business as the Fleet Administrator in our Grayslake office.

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for various administrative functions as directed by the Controller and Fleet Manager. The Fleet Administrator focuses on providing support to the Fleet Manager and Controller and handling administrative-related tasks across branch divisions.

Do you have these Qualifications?
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fleet administrative role.
- Be versatile and adaptable to a constantly changing and entrepreneurial environment.
- Have an attitude of always looking to improve upon what we are doing and how; and along the way, celebrating and recognizing the improvements.
- Strict attention to detail, with exceptional time management, organizational and follow-up skills, to assure all responsibilities are quickly and efficiently met in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent communication, listening and customer service skills with the ability to make critical judgments and maintain calm demeanor even when confronted with difficult situations.
- Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
- Be fanatical about details and accuracy and keep excellent records.
- Approach the role with a spirit of finding a workable solution to opportunities and challenges.
- Among other projects as assigned, this position will be responsible for the following:
- Process vehicle registrations
- Process required governmental filings (UCR, MCS-150, IFTA, 2290, etc.)
- Manage and analyze fuel reports and fuel cards.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment records
- Manage and analyze Yooz purchase orders and invoices for mechanic shops & fleet.
- Review and approve mechanics timecards.
- Send shop time to respective shop managers/leads to post for crews to review.
- Assist with incident reports for property damage
- Process insurance claims
- Help[ manage GPS systems.
- Handle trip & fuel permits for interstate travel
- Manage and analyze toll passes and transponders.
- Review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR forms) for all branches
- Incidents and Damages Administration
- Analysis of all responsibilities to remove waste and achieve financial goals.
- Provide administrative support for Fleet Manager and Division Administrative Supervisor
- The Fleet Administrator will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, and to reflect the operational objectives of the organization.
- Specific areas of evaluation include:
- Achieve a complete, accurate, and timely close of Yooz while meeting other required deadlines.
- Meet all required governmental filing deadlines with accurate data reported.
- Effectively prioritize workload to meet established deadlines.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Provide positive support to division branches and management, implementing efficiencies as appropriate.

- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) is a benefit.
- Periodic local travel to other company office locations may be necessary.
