The IT Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's information IT operations, including infrastructure management and technical support. IT Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify technology trends and opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Responsible for all technology and IT related projects.
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Delegate responsibilities and ensure the team is equipped to meet their objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of IT systems.
- IT asset inventory.
