What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at LANDO & ANASTASI?
JOB SUMMARY
The Litigation Associate will represent clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent and inventorship disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Qualified applications will have a degree in engineering or life sciences, as well as 2-4 years of IP litigation experience. Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The expected salary range for this position is annually. $140,000 - $200,000 Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as education, experience, skills, professional background, and overall qualifications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment. The firm currently operates on a hybrid work schedule, but we encourage regularly scheduled presence in the office environment, as we believe this to be an important and expected component of this position.
