What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Specialist position at LANDMARK PROPERTY SERVICES INC?
We are hiring a friendly, self-motivated Leasing Specialist to support the daily operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm; plus rotating Saturdays (Will have a day off during the week prior to working Saturday.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct apartment tours
- Market available units and support move-ins and renewals
- Prepare and process leases and related paperwork
- Collect rent and assist with delinquency follow-up
- Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:- Customer-focused with strong sales and communication skills
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; RealPage experience a plus
- Organized, energetic, and results-oriented
- Must pass drug and background screening
- Must be available to work 40 hours a week including rotating Saturdays.
