We’re seeking a friendly, self‑motivated Leasing Specialist to support the daily operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and fast‑paced, people‑focused work.
Schedule: Part-time between 24 - 29 hours each week. Weekdays required, plus three Saturdays per month
Key Responsibilities

Prospect engagement — Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct professional apartment tours

Marketing & leasing — Market available units and assist with move‑ins and renewals

Lease administration — Prepare and process leases and related paperwork

Rent collection — Collect rent and support delinquency follow‑up

Office operations — Perform general administrative and customer service duties
