Job Summary
Busy law firm is seeking an outgoing, professional and detail oriented individual to answer the phones, greet clients and help keep our front office running smoothly. Must have exceptional phone skills, be friendly and welcoming and enjoy dealing with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- Greet clients, direct them to the proper conference room and provide refreshments
- Schedule conference rooms and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, conference rooms and kitchen
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and opening new matters
- Monitor office supply inventory and communicate needs to the Office Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibility
- Prior experience working with Outlook, Office 365, Multi-Line Phone System, Office Equipment and Video Conferencing
