Duties

- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, managing phone etiquette, and assisting with clerical duties
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software when needed
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative projects including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks
Skills
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
