The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping the department running smoothly by managing a range of administrative and support tasks that contribute to overall company success. This position partners closely with the Landings Apartment Communities leasing team and community managers, providing day-to-day administrative support. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
• Assist with leasing apartments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Desire to learn the multifamily housing business and embrace growth opportunities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree trade schooling preferred.
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• On-the-job training offered.
