Job Responsibilities:
- Own solution architecture and hands-on development across Salesforce platforms
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including agent workflows and automation
- Convert business requirements into technical design and implemented solutions
- Lead SDLC execution: design, build, test, deploy
- Enforce coding standards; perform code reviews and technical oversight
- Design integrations and data models with strong governance
- Mentor developers; guide technical decisions and implementation patterns
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and environment strategy
- Troubleshoot complex issues across environments, including production
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance aligned to banking standards
- Provide AI thought leadership within Salesforce and lead hands-on implementation of selected solutions
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, APIs, OmniStudio, Data Cloud
- Experience in integrations & data modeling, DevOps / CI-CD, and security/compliance
