A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and professionalism
- Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
- Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience
- Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices
- Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management and diversity recruiting initiatives
- Support the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that advance Human Capital priorities
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
