The Role

Key Accountabilities

Player–Coach
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to campus recruiting coordinators while remaining actively involved in operational work.
  • Support performance management, development, and training plans for team members.
  • Ensure the team has adequate capacity and appropriate resourcing to support campus recruiting activities.
Campus Recruiting Operations
  • Act as a Principal Operational Coordinator, supporting the full campus recruiting lifecycle.
  • Ensure campus recruiting processes are executed efficiently across events, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Step in to support operational coordination when additional support is required.
Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders, recruiting leads, and hiring teams to ensure alignment on campus recruiting strategies and operational delivery.
  • Support escalation management and collaborate with recruiting leads to resolve issues.
Capacity Planning & Resource Management
  • Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Identify resourcing gaps and support prioritization of tasks to maintain service levels.
  • Proactively address operational challenges by reprioritizing tasks and supporting the team when needed.
Project & Strategic Work
  • Contribute to high-level projects for the Global Campus Management team.
  • Support the development of scope documents, operational plans, and project documentation.
  • Prepare presentations and decks highlighting operational challenges, insights, and proposed solutions for clients.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance campus recruiting operations.


Skills & Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Strong experience in campus recruiting operations or early careers recruiting coordination.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team or acting as a senior coordinator/lead.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume campus recruiting cycles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of campus recruiting processes and timelines.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify operational issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and quickly adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in investment banking is highly preferred.

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 81,500 - 114,185 plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
