Project Manager – Netsuite Implementation

Company Overview:

An investment management firm with approximately $17 billion in assets under management, specializing in mortgage and consumer credit investments, is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager. This role will focus on leading and delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation with a focus on integration strategy and execution
• Manage internal development teams responsible for building and supporting integrations
• Coordinate integration efforts between NetSuite and internal systems, third-party platforms, and external partners
• Define and track technical workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple systems
• Collaborate with architects and developers on API integrations, middleware, and data flows
• Ensure alignment between functional business requirements and technical solutions
• Manage timelines, risks, and issue resolution across integration workstreams
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams
• Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and end-to-end integration validation
• Ensure proper documentation and post-go-live support planning
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or information technology
• 5 years of project management experience, with an ERP implementation focus
• Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementations
• Proven experience managing system integrations and technical teams
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data architecture concepts
• Experience working with internal development teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage complex, multi-system dependencies
• PMP certification a plus
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant) preferred
  
  

Compensation: Pay Rate: $60 – $100/hr
