A leading global private investment firm is hiring a Sourcing Operations Analyst. The role focuses on supporting the Business Services and Consumer, Technology, or Industrials verticals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new AI tools and data to improve workflows and act as an intermediary between IT, Data Science, and PE team members.
- Assist with early screenings of investment themes and opportunities, and develop systems to monitor targets and subsectors.
- Complete deep dive analysis on industry sectors and market trends, and assist deal teams with diligence efforts.
- Leverage network tools for introductions to targets and maintain CRM systems.
- Maintain target pipeline, participate in vertical meetings, and track competitive deal activity.
- Update and own Global PE Marketing Compendium, create pitch decks, and help plan executive events.
- Interest and experience in AI use cases for business.
- Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and private company origination platforms preferred.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in business development or sales operations preferred.
- Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.
