Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the Partner consolidated financial reporting package
- Day-to-day responsibility and management of all credit facility processing and compliance
- Reconciliation, summary, and set-up of accounts for IRAs, philanthropic, and credit purposes
- Seek efficiencies and recommend enhancements to existing reporting and processing functions
- Perform ad-hoc services such as mortgage underwriting assistance, bank/brokerage account opening, and ancillary service provider recommendations
- Collaboration with team members on new initiatives and services
- New graduate to 2 years of finance, operations, or family office experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with the financial service industry and a general understanding of investments
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or management
