About Us:

The Landing at Dallas City is a local favorite bar and grill located along the Mississippi River, known for great food, cold drinks, and a friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated team member who can work both behind the bar and in the kitchen.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Bartender / Cook. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and helping with kitchen duties as needed. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and mixed beverages
• Take and deliver food and drink orders
• Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and kitchen area
• Provide excellent service to customers and ensure a positive guest experience
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused

Compensation:

• Average pay: $20–$30 per hour (including tips)
• Flexible scheduling
• Training provided for the right candidate

• Bartending/Serving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Basset (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
