We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior Foundry Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of data solutions in Palantir Foundry. You will directly impact operations, analytics, and decision-making by leveraging your advanced expertise, working closely with leadership, and solving complex, real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate has either successfully completed the Palantir American Tech Fellowship or has equivalent professional experience building applications and workflows in Foundry. You will thrive in high-tempo, ambiguous environments, rapidly delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

How YOU will contribute
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of scalable data pipelines, workflows, and AI-enabled applications in Palantir Foundry.
- Architect and optimize ontologies, pipeline builders, AIP Logic, RAG/chatbot construction, and Workshops.
- Integrate complex internal and external data sources with ETL/ELT processes to ensure data lineage, quality, and scalability.
- Perform advanced analytics: time-series forecasting, AI-driven modeling, and workflow automation. Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to bridge operational challenges and engineering solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and enterprise-wide scaling.
- Prototype and deploy innovative AI/ML-enabled solutions rapidly.
- Maintain documentation, compliance, and governance best practices.
About YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Palantir Foundry expertise: demonstrated mastery of pipelines, object types, ontology construction, transformations, and AIP Logic.
- Strong programming experience (Python, Java, or equivalent).
- Proficiency with SQL and database technologies (relational and non-relational).
- 2–4 years of hands-on data engineering or software development experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Completion of the Palantir American Tech Fellowship.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or other operational industries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of data governance and data mesh/lake architectures.
