Junior Foundry Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Junior Foundry Engineer to support the development and deployment of data solutions in Palantir Foundry. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their technical expertise while working alongside senior engineers and business stakeholders.

How YOU will contribute

• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows in Palantir Foundry.
• Support ontology design, pipeline development, and dashboard creation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Help integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Participate in data analysis and visualization to deliver insights.
• Collaborate with end users to understand operational needs to translate them into Foundry-Supported solutions.
• Document workflows and follow compliance, security, and governance standards.
• Learn and apply best practices in AI/ML and workflow automation as projects evolve.

About YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry concepts (through coursework, internships, or training).
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Preferred

• Internship or project awareness with Palantir Foundry or other data platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Interest in manufacturing, logistics, or operational problem-solving.
