Interpreter- Arabic Part-Time

Role: Interpreter –Part-Time  Location: Fully Remote  Duration: 12 months (Possible for extension)   Pay Range: $29.00-$31.25/hr on W2 (All inclusive) Language Requirement: Arabic & English (Fluent)    Weekdays, approximately 8 hours per week   Job Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Arabic Translator/Interpreter to support written translation, proofreading, editing, and occasional interpretation projects. This is a fully remote, project-based opportunity with flexible weekly hours based on business needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent written communication skills, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering high-quality language services. Key Responsibilities Translate written content between English and Arabic accurately and culturally appropriately Review, proofread, and edit translated documents for grammar, terminology, and consistency Conduct translation quality checks and ensure accuracy of content Provide voice recordings when required Support occasional video or phone interpretation assignments Handle projects related to HR, Training, Orientation, Health Services, Meetings, and operational communications Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information Meet project deadlines while delivering high-quality work Required Qualifications Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) Strong written translation and proofreading skills Ability to accurately convey meaning, tone, and intent across languages Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Translation/Interpretation certification 1 year of translation or interpretation experience Knowledge of translation and interpretation best practices.
