Manufacturing / Production Lead

Contract: 4 months, with possible extension
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday (Candidate Must be flexible with Multiple shift)

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM–5:30 AM

What You Will Do:

• Make sure products are made correctly and meet quality standards.
• Monitor the production line and make sure it runs smoothly.
• Assign employees to different positions on the production line.
• Rotate employees between positions during the shift.
• Make sure employees follow their assigned work instructions.
• Coordinate the movement of products through the production area.
• Communicate production or quality problems to the supervisor/manager.
• Help the team meet production, quality, and schedule goals.
• Help train and mentor team members and leads.
• Prepare a priority list for employees based on their skills and workload.
• Help with production line changeovers.
• Step in and work on the line when needed to cover an employee.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing/production line experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well with supervisors, employees, vendors, and other teams.
• Comfortable working with basic production data and identifying areas for improvement.
