We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following opportunity
Production Lead Associate - 1st & 3rd Shift
Starting hourly rate: $19.60
Position Summary: Lead the line associates to complete the day’s work in a safe, quality- minded and efficient manner and report issues and information to the Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work on the line to support other associates as needed to cover production.
- Ensure all scheduled production is met.
- Provide associates with all needed supplies, tools, parts, bins, etc. to complete their daily work.
- Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Understand daily production schedules and work with Production Control and Material Services.
- Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed.
Qualifications:
- On the line leadership experience in a high-volume, manufacturing environment.is a must.
- Able and willing to work overtime as required, including weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Follows all safety requirements of the company – (including PPE -hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
