Position Responsibilities:

• Work on the line to support other associates as needed to cover production.
• Ensure all scheduled production is met.
• Provide associates with all needed supplies, tools, parts, bins, etc. to complete their daily work.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Understand daily production schedules and work with Production Control and Material Services.
• Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent work record with the company.
• Knowledge of production area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Follows all safety requirements of the company – (including PPE -hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Plant environment.
• Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
