Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Supervisor
Location: Pennsylvania
Shifts: Full-Time (Rotating weekends as required)
Salary: $24/hr. - $30/hr. (Depend on the years of experience) Full Time Benefits $1.75 Night shift differential (Starts at the beginning of the shits).
Job Summary:
The RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with State and Federal regulations. The RN supervises CNAs and LPNs, administers and documents medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, updates care plans, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, accurate documentation, and compassionate communication with residents and families are essential.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit required at time of interview
- BLS (AHA) required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
- New graduates welcome to apply
