Duration: 13 Weeks (01/05/2026 – 04/05/2026)Shift: Days – 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday with call rotation)Estimated Hours: 40 hours/weekStart Date: 01/26/2026Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of recent Perfusionist experience.• AHA BLS Certification – Required• Experience providing Perfusion support for cardiac surgery (on-pump and off-pump CABG)• Experience with valve replacement surgeries and adult TAVR support• Willingness and ability to take weekday night call and weekend call rotation• Ability to float to Broadway campus if able to perform HIPEC• Experience working in a Cardiovascular OR environment.• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and perfusion documentation systems• Must disclose any prior employment with Sanford Health (must have ended ≥ 6 months prior to submission)• Ability to badge in/out and comply with facility policiesCompany DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
