Provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities primarily in their homes and communities in Terrell, NC. Working under BCBA supervision, you will support individualized treatment goals while collecting accurate data and collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team. This is a full-time position offering $40,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience, with career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Support communication, social, and daily-living skills.
- Collect and document therapy data using systems such as CentralReach or Rethink.
- Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA.
- Participate in caregiver training.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Travel to clients’ homes and provide services in community settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active BACB RBT certification.
- High school diploma.
- Experience providing ABA services to children.
- Experience with BIPs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work full-time and travel to clients’ homes.
- Comfort providing in-home services.
