Associate Manufacturing Technician

Shift: Monday–Thursday, PM Shift
Pay: $27 to $30 /hr W2
Duration: Oct 22, 2026 – Jan 19, 2027

Job Summary

Seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment in a medical device production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated equipment.
• Clear machine faults and stoppages and monitor equipment through HMIs.
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/process issues and support root-cause and corrective actions.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support process development, equipment validation, and new product transfer activities.
• Maintain a clean/organized manufacturing and cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated equipment preferred.
• HMI, robotics, discrete assembly, or medical device experience is a plus.
• Cleanroom and GMP experience preferred.
