Position Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Production Maintenance Technician to support, troubleshoot, and repair advanced automated manufacturing equipment. This role involves preventive maintenance, machine operation, and troubleshooting across a variety of technologies such as laser welding, PCB handling, metal stamping, and high-speed assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs to ensure peak performance.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues on automated systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Document activities and communicate equipment status to the team.
- Support production operators with setup and changeovers.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve process issues.
