4-7 years Intermediate level Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Contractor with a primary focus on Consulting to lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives, while also supporting other Professional Services categories such as Legal and Corporate Card.This role requires a proactive, self-starter who can drive in-depth analysis, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership to optimize processes and ensure compliance across high-visibility projects.A strong commitment to strategic sourcing, supply management, and operational procurement is essential.As procurement’s influence continues to grow, this position will work closely with functional business leaders to design value-focused category strategies and execute impactful sourcing events. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sourcing & Category Support• Support the execution of project initiatives with a proactive, self-directed approach, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives• Assist with sourcing events, including RFP development, bid analysis, and supplier negotiations.• Conduct spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier research to identify cost-saving opportunities.• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives. 2. Contract & Supplier Management• Support contract lifecycle activities: review Statements of Work (SOWs), validate scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.• Track contract renewals, expirations, and troubleshoot issues with POs, invoices, and SOWs. 3. Compliance & Documentation• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and documentation standards.• Maintain accurate records in procurement systems and track contract status. 4. Stakeholder Engagement• Provide independent, hands-on support for cross-functional projects, anticipating needs and resolving issues to maintain momentum• Assist in advancing project deliverables through proactive task ownership and effective stakeholder collaboration to maintain timelines and objectives.
