Title: Phlebotomist II
Contract Duration: 3 months.
Hrs/Wk: 40:00
Location: 2708 Rife Medical Lane, Rogers AR 72758
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
2 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: with rotating Saturdays
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Shift/Time Zone: 6:00am-2:30pm / CST
