• On-call Requirement:
  • 1 shift per week
  • Every 4th weekend on-call

  • Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Only 1 time-off request permitted per 13-week assignment

• Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks
• Traveler may be called off for:
