Req: 2 YOE, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, strong critical care skills, rhythm exam.

Notes: Float required, high-acuity ICU, locals within 60 miles accepted.

Gross: $2140/week

Shift: Nights 3×12 or 4×12

Req: 2 YOE, AZ/compact license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Notes: Teaching hospital, Level IV trauma, must float where needed.

Ratios: ICU 1:1–2, MS/Tele 1:4–5

Gross: $2656/week

Shift: Nights 3×12

Req: 2 YOE, strong Neuro experience, ACLS, BLS, NIH, LA Fire Card

Notes: Level II trauma, high acuity neuro, float to PCU/ICU overflow.

Gross: $2656/week

Shift: Days 3×12 and Nights 3×12

Req: 2 YOE, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Notes: Magnet facility, traveler floats to any ICU/Tele unit. Level II Trauma Center, Cerner charting.

Gross: $2290/week

Shift: Nights 3×12

Req: Strong Neuro, BLS/ACLS/AHA, NIHSS, Epic

Notes: Auto-offer, float to Stepdown/ED/MS as needed.

License: VA or Compact in hand.

Gross: $3032/week

Shift: Nights 4×12 (OT after 48)

Req: Same as above

Notes: High-acuity Neuro/Trauma population.
