We are seeking an experienced Healthcare HR Generalist for an on-site 13-week assignment supporting a hospital HR department in Reedsport, Oregon.
📍 Location: Reedsport, OR
🏥 Industry: Healthcare / Hospital
📅 Assignment: 13 weeks
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support employee onboarding and new hire processes
✅ Assist with recruitment and hiring activities
✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✅ Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
✅ Manage leave administration, including FMLA, OFLA, and Oregon Paid Leave
✅ Provide day-to-day HR support to hospital leadership and employees
Required Qualifications:
✔ Healthcare HR experience strongly preferred
✔ Previous HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience
✔ Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
✔ Experience managing leave programs and HR documentation
✔ Familiarity with Oregon employment and leave regulations preferred
Preferred Certifications:
⭐ PHR
⭐ SHRM-CP
