We are seeking a Experienced Pile Driver to join our team at Lancaster Custom Dock & Lift Systems. As a Pile Driver, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of our custom dock and lift systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and extract pilings to provide foundational support for dock and lift systems
- Operate and maintain pile driving equipment and tools
- Assist in the assembly and installation of dock and lift components
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in pile driving or marine construction
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in outdoor and marine environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
